 1. What´s the easiest way to purchase Brando Estate Land? |
 All our parcels that are currently for sale are listed on the “land sale” section of this website. If you use the teleport-link you will arrive directely at the chosen parcel inworld. Right click on the ground and choose „about land“.There you´ll find all important infos of the lot. Select „buy land“ to purchase. There you´ll have to mark that you accept the coventans after this you´ll be able to push the buy button. After the purchase you are the owner of the lot with all rights. [ Close Answer ] |
2. Are there certain guidelines on Brando Estate Sims? |
Every Brando Estate Sim has its special guidelines and terms of use to protect our residents privacy . You can find those covenants at our landstore section on this website and also at our parcels inworld (right click on the ground select about land and there go to covenants) [ Close Answer ] |
3. If I purchase a shoreside parcel , will the ocean view remain? |
Our residential Sims won't be linked to other Sims directely. The ocean view on shoreside lots and edge lots will remain there wont be any other islands comming up on those sides in the future. [ Close Answer ] |
4. How can I deed land to a group? |
Open the „About Land“ Section of the lot. At the “general” tab select „deed...“ and choose a group. [ Close Answer ] |
5. My Land belongs to a group. How can I change that? |
You can sell your land for 0 L$ to yourself. [ Close Answer ] |
6. How can I permit my friends to set my land as their home? |
You have to deed the land to a group and invite the persons to join that group. [ Close Answer ] |
7. I own more than one parcel at Brando Estate, can I use or share the prims of all lots? |
That´s possible if the parcels are on the same Sim and belong to the same person or group. [ Close Answer ] |
8. Can I sell my Land? |

9. I can not reach the Sim my parcel is placed at, what can I do? |

10. What is the tier paid for? |
The land-tier is an administration fee every SIM owner has to pay to Linden Lab for current expenses on hardware, internet connection and server maintenance. As you own a lot on a Sim you´ll have to pay a certain amonut of tier to Brando Estate via a tierbox that will be set up next to your lot. The tier is due weekly and you may pay up to 6 weeks ahead. 11. Can I get a refund on prepaid tier when selling my parcel? |
That´s not possible. There are no tier refunds and also no transfer of prepaid tier to the next owner of the lot. [ Close Answer ] |
12. My trading limit at Linden Labs is exhausted but I need L$ to pay my lot or tier. What can I do? |
You can buy L$ via this website by paypal at the “buy L$ “ section. [ Close Answer ] |
13. Can someone else pay the land tier for me? |

14. Do I have to pay my tier weekly? |
